Average hotel but kite station at the territory
- kitesurf station at the territory of the hotel - 2-3 storey buildings, so you feel privacy - nice green territory - not far away from the town
- the service. I asked for the room close to kitesurf station, and it was 5 months before arrival. And what they did? They gave us a room as far from kite station as you can imagine! They proposed to change the room the following day, and we were waiting for anyone to come and take our luggage for 1,5 hours which is u acceptable - the food. It was not tasty at all - the beach. We knew that the sea is shallow, but they could at least do something with the stones

Location,beach, buffet Staff at the beach are very friendly also the receptionist and the golf car driver We have booked safari trip with Mr, Tito at the hotel and it was amazing .
I didint like the policy of the hotel that they charge the guests for the items in the mini bar and they didn’t tell me before the stay that those items are chargeable . Staff in the restaurant asked Egyptian people only for their room numbers but for foreigners they didn’t ask . The rate of the hotel is very high compared with the activities that they have.

Wonderful
We recently had a wonderful stay at this hotel, and I can’t praise the staff enough for their exceptional service. From the moment we arrived, Mahmoud Abd El Rahim at the reception made us feel right at home. He was not only friendly but went above and beyond to accommodate our needs, always checking in on us and ensuring that we had everything we needed, especially for my daughter. The dining experience was equally fantastic. The restaurant staff, particularly Mohamed Ahmad, was incredibly welcoming. He consistently went out of his way to assist us, making meal times enjoyable and stress-free. His attention to detail and genuine care truly made a difference during our stay. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel. The hospitality from Mahmoud Abd El Rahim, Mohamed Ahmad, and the rest of the team made our trip memorable. We look forward to returning!
