Very Good

The room was great and very spacious and the bed is super comfortable with great pillows. Great balcony with a nice view. Calm in general especially close to the room/ our area. The food was of great quality (we only tried the buffet) as we were there 2 nights only and we had supper at one of the restaurants at the El Gouna Marina. We strongly recommended this outing! The included breakfast buffet was also of great quality.

The lounge chairs are very outdated and should be changed. Also the umbrellas are in a fix position into a concrete block, which makes it very annoying to always have to move the heavy chairs and the very heavy privacy walls around as day passes. The rooms have to be a bit touched up/modernised, at least the wooden parts that have lost their lacquer/got scratched with time.

One of best hotel in El Gouna if you want quiet stay

Lagune area was a Highlight! Recommend to take room next to this area. Very quiet and peaceful. Swimming in Lagune is much nicer than go to sea side.

It is a bit old but well maintained facilities. Loved walking corridors made through all the buildings. Walk till end tower on the left from restaurant area - it is so beautiful view next to kitesurfing area

The place and atmosphere as well as the services and staff are outstanding. Special thanks to Reception Supervisor Mr. Ahmed Hagar for his help in choosing the room requested. The food is excellent with many varieties and different cuisine and great work by the chefs.

Consider a better program for the Animation place to be more attractive.

Location,beach, buffet Staff at the beach are very friendly also the receptionist and the golf car driver We have booked safari trip with Mr, Tito at the hotel and it was amazing .

I didint like the policy of the hotel that they charge the guests for the items in the mini bar and they didn’t tell me before the stay that those items are chargeable . Staff in the restaurant asked Egyptian people only for their room numbers but for foreigners they didn’t ask . The rate of the hotel is very high compared with the activities that they have.

Wonderful

The view was fantastic and every thing was clean and the beach was really good and also the lagoon.

The toilets in the reception where very poor for a 5 star hotel and the pools toilet was li a 1 star hotel and it was very small and it had a very bad smell, and the second thing is the variety of the food and the food was not very fresh and every day the same food not on every thing but alot of things,the treatment for the the German's was not like the Egyptian's.

The views ,, gardens ,, heated pools ,, lagoon views ,, parking ,, food is very good è wide variety in both breakfast & dinner ,, staff are very professional & helpful.

Beach , beach , beaaach ,, it was very disappointing to have such stunning view of the redsea without being able to swim in it !!! In my opinion this is the most disappointing thing i’ve ever met in a such good hotel ! Also the hotel needs a huge renovation in the buildings & reception. There’s no enough stairs between rooms & corredors that u walk very long distance to reach ur room that’s just above ur head to just reqch the nearest stairs.

The staff was nice and welcoming.

The staff was nice and welcoming. Also, the hotel is large and has a lot of facilities that cater to all needs. Most importantly the beach access was a great plus, because most main beachfronts in Gouna were either private or for a fee.

The breakfast area was very crowded and not very inviting. It felt like a big food hall, rather than a hotel restaurant. I also thought the interior design of the room could've been better. The location wasn't great either. Although, it has a private beach, the area felt a bit secluded and wasn't close to the lively marina (an hour long walk away) and downtown was a 30 min walk.

Food.....Sucks Accommodation.... not that good Restaurant is the worst I have ever seen....that e and I have to laundry the clothes every time we had a meal in it and that lead me to dine around almost three nights and that\s all because they don't turn the Hood while they are cooking live. finally the Kids club>>>> they better call it kids Shelter..... only 2*2m room wide without any safety or sanitizes for kids to protect them. Horrible

The resort was cosy and comfortable.

The resort was cosy and comfortable. Very friendly and helpful staff. Restaurant food was good. Amazing views of the lagoon and red sea.

The location El Gouna itself was not as family-oriented as I imagined. No sandy beaches for children, other than that it's a nice area with restaurants and shops (more expensive than local)

It is an ideal place to spend the weekend here.

It is an ideal place to spend the weekend here. The check in was excellent, treating us with local cold drink called Hibiscus. Our room was large and renovated with a wonderful view for the lagoon and very near to the beach. The breakfast and dinner were delicious with huge variety of choices. The hotel is very near from the marina and the downtown.The hotel provide all the facilities that we enjoyed, every night there was an entertainment shows. Very competent and friendly staff members. Our's rest was short, but very impressive!

Relaxing stay in a quiet place.

The resort is very spacious, it don't feel over crowded also breakfast rush hours seems to prove the contrary.

The resort houses design is not very authentic. Breakfast over crowded. Quality of food isn't amazing. Would enjoy more varieties and local specialties!

The hotel is quite and clean if you are looking for party hotel this is not your place, the staff were great, room facility matches our expectation

the food variety is not as we expected, I think we were in high season and resturant was crowded but it was ok but not Movenpik expectation, and we are in El Gouna so if I would have my breakfast i Would prefer a space where it looking to the sea or landscape the resturant is typical one
